  1. Can you match my vehicle's paint color?

Yes, we're equipped with a computerized mixing system, which allows us to create a formula, which matches the factory color.

  1. Do you use OEM parts or aftermarket parts?

Both, Original Equipment by Manufacturer (a.k.a. genuine parts) and aftermarket (a.k.a. generic) are used according to the written insurance estimate

  1. How new is your equipment?

State of the art.

  1. Are your technicians trained?

Yes; trained and certified.

  1. What are your hours of operation?

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.

  1. How do I get a claim number?

By reporting the accident to the insurance co.

  1. How will I know when my car is done?

We will keep you informed of the status of repairs and when will be ready for pick up.

  1. When is a car a total loss?

When the cost of repairs is more than the value of the vehicle.

  1. Does the shop provide towing?

Yes, we have a towing company on call for us. If you would like your vehicle towed to our shop after normal business hours, call Pat's Towing at 610-279-2519 and it will be secured in our lot.

  1. Will parts be ordered before I drop off my car for repairs?

Yes, they will arrive before your scheduled appointment.

  1. When is my deductible due?

When the vehicle is completed and ready for delivery.

  1. What is the difference between an insured person verses a claimant?

A person is identified as an Insured when your insurance company pays for the claim and you are responsible to pay your deductible; claimant refers to when the other party's insurance is responsible to pay for the damages.

  1. Do you do restoration of antique vehicles?

Yes. We have restored vintage cars.
